Crab Quiche

1 9-inch deep dish pie shell
2 TBL flour
1/4 cup mayonnaise
3 extra large eggs, beaten
1 lb crabmeat, cleaned
8 oz. Swiss cheese, diced or shredded
1/3 cup sliced scallions
1/2 heavy cream

Combine mayonnaise, flour, eggs and cream. Mix until blended. Fold in crabmeat, cheese and scallions. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350* for 40 - 45 minutes. Serves 4-5
