Bacon Asparagus Omelet

8 oz. steamed & cut Asparagus
4 eggs
2 TBL water
4 TBL butter
4 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
1/4 cup chopped, sauteed onion
1 TBL soy sauce (optional)

Mix all ingredients in a bowl except for eggs, water & butter. Follow instructions for making a "French Omelet". Spoon filling in bowl down center of omelet before folding sides in. Serves 2
