Grits and Cheese Casserole

1 cup grits
1/4 lb butter, melted
3/4 lb Cheddar cheese, grated
1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 egg whites, stiffly beaten

Prepare grits according to package instructions. Fold in butter, grated cheese, and Worcestershire sauce. Beat egg whites to form stiff peaks, and fold into grits. Pour into casserole dish. Bake at 400* for 20 minutes until lightly browned. Serves 2
