Fettucine with Swiss Chard

4 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups chicken broth
1 lb fettuccine
1 lb Swiss chard, rinsed, and sliced thinly
2 TBL lemon zest
5 TBL fresh lemon juice
1 cup Parmesan cheese

Heat oil in a Dutch oven. Add garlic and saute until golden. Add broth and simmer. Cook pasta. When pasta is added to water, bring the chicken broth back to a boil. Add Swiss chard, cover and lower heat. Cook 2-3 minutes stirring twice. Drain pasta. Add lemon zest and lemon juice to pasta and toss. Pour broth mixture over pasta. Toss. Season with salt, pepper, and Parmesan. Serves 4
