Party Potatoes

10 potatoes, peeled and cooked
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
8 ounces sour cream
3 tablespoons chives
Salt & Pepper to taste
Butter
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
Paprika

Blend the cream cheese and sour cream in small bowl and set aside. Mash potatoes thoroughly until smooth. Add cream cheese mixture and beat well. Stir in chives. Add seasonings. Spread in 9×13 buttered casserole. Dot with butter, and sprinkle with cheddar cheese and paprika. Bake at 325* for 1 hour. serves 8
