Chicken Fromage

6 -8 cutlets or 3 whole chicken breasts, skinned and split
2 cloves garlic, pressed
3/4 cup melted butter
1 cup fine bread crumbs
3/4 cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt & Pepper

Add garlic to melted butter. Mix together bread crumbs and cheese. Salt & pepper chicken cutlets and dip in melted butter, then crumb mixture. Place in 9 x 13 baking dish. Pour remainder of melted butter over chicken. Bake uncovered at 350* for 45 minutes or until done. Baste occasionally with pan juices. serves 6
