Caribbean cuisine is said to be the ultimate melting pot of flavors. The food from this region has been influenced by the early British, African, Dutch, Chinese, Indian and Spanish travelers that came through. I have made this blend with just a light amount of heat. Delicious on chicken, fish, ribs and pork chops.
