2 tablespoons chopped onion
1/2 cup meat stock
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon paprika, Salt
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup tomato sauce

Brown onion in pan stock and add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Simmer cutlets 20 minutes in gravy.
